Specializing in CMMI/ISO consulting, staff training, and meticulous record upkeep, she holds certifications in both CMMI and ISO. Michelle serves as a dedicated coach for organizations embarking on the journey towards implementing CMMI and ISO practices. By integrating industry-leading methodologies and streamlining procedures, Michelle’s guidance has been instrumental in helping organizations achieve coveted CMMI and ISO certifications. These achievements have not only optimized operations but also ensured strict adherence to stringent quality benchmarks. Outside of her professional pursuits, Michelle finds joy in serving within church ministry, particularly in nurturing the growth of children and contributing to the organization of impactful church events and conferences. She also delights in spending time with her 2 dogs and showering love on her nephew and niece.

Born with hearing loss and diagnosed with developmental delay due to his condition, Ezekiel has faced challenges with unwavering determination. Despite struggling with speech, he is making incredible strides and defying all odds.

Ezekiel is more than just a nephew; he is a symbol of hope and strength. His name, meaning ‘God strengthens,’ perfectly encapsulates his resilience and the faith that sustains him. It’s his remarkable journey and the strength he embodies that inspired us to name our company after him.
