CMMI
What is CMMI?
You may have heard of CMMI certifications and wondered what they mean for you as a government contractor. To this end, CMMI stands for Capability Maturity Model Integration, and it is a process improvement approach that can be used by organizations to improve their performance. CMMI certification is granted by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and is recognized internationally.
We provide two solutions tailored for CMMI Maturity Levels 2 and 3:
- 1. CMMI Development (CMMI-DEV) encompasses every facet of software development and management. Version 3.0
- 2. CMMI Services (CMMI-SVC) concentrates on processes associated with services, including delivery, support, and training. Version 3.0
ISO
What is ISO?
ISO stands for the International Organization for Standardization. It is an independent, non-governmental international organization that develops and publishes standards to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. These standards cover a wide range of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and more. ISO standards provide specifications and guidelines for processes, products, and services, aiming to facilitate international trade, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

In the future, we plan to expand our offerings to include ISO 27001 certification.
While both CMMI and ISO aim to enhance organizational performance and quality, they differ in scope and focus. CMMI offers a broader framework for process improvement across different domains, whereas ISO standards target specific aspects of quality management and compliance.
